Material defects such as peeling, cracking, or structural failure

All claims are evaluated by Iron Armour Company based on internal inspection standards.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, improper installation, or neglect
Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, abrasions)

Definition of “Lifetime”

“Lifetime” refers to the functional lifespan of the product, not the lifetime of the customer.

This is determined based on:

Misuse & Fraud

Claims may be denied in cases of:

Abuse of the warranty system

Customers engaging in such behavior may be restricted from future claims.

Return and Refund Policy – Iron Armour Company

At Iron Armour Company, we are committed to delivering products that reflect durability, quality, and reliability. While we strive to ensure that every product meets our standards and your expectations, we understand that certain situations may require returns, replacements, or refunds. This policy outlines the terms under which such requests may be considered, ensuring a process that is fair, transparent, and operationally sustainable.

Return Eligibility

Iron Armour Company accepts return requests only when they are initiated within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused
In its original condition
Free from installation, wear, or damage after delivery
Returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice

Any request not meeting these conditions may be declined at the sole discretion of Iron Armour Company.

Non-Returnable Items
